Natalie has been a licensed Realtor in both Colorado and California. Moving from England to the California Sunshine in 1984 she and her family have been in the real estate business for 35 years. After her move ot Colorado in 1995 she completed her degree in Communication from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Shara Finger

Shara was new to Real Estate when she joined the team in 2013. Initially working as an administrative position as well as Real Estate online entries. Shara eventually transitioned from part time loan processor to full time alongside with owner and Loan Officer Tim Moore. Shara graduated in 2005 with an Associate degree in Education. At Team Lassen she quickly learned many different skills sets across all departments and continues to learn and grow as a professional, including a goal to transition into a Loan Officer.

Tracey has been a member of Team Lassen since 2017. She is the marketing coordinator and graphic designer with responsibility for graphic design, brand management and copywriting. Prior to joining Team Lassen, she worked for over 20 years in graphic design & marketing, and she also holds an early childhood teaching license and a Masters in Education. She has a passion for art and music, and she loves spending time with her husband and two young boys.
