Shara was new to Real Estate when she joined the team in 2013. Initially working as an administrative position as well as Real Estate online entries, Shara eventually transitioned from part time loan processor to full time alongside with owner and Loan Officer Tim Moore. At Team Lassen she quickly learned many different skills sets across all departments and continues to learn and grow as a professional, including a goal to transition into a Loan Officer.

Q&A with Shara!

Where are you from? 

Born in Denver – grew up in Westminster and Arvada.

What do you like most about Colorado? 

The scenery!  The best sunsets, mountains and city!

What made you want to work in the real estate industry?

I had a slight interest in real estate, but when I started it was an Admin at the front.  I thought it would be just another job and had no idea where this company would take me. I’m grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained from working here.

What are you most passionate about? 

Leopard print!

What has been the most rewarding part of working for Team Lassen? 

The people I’ve met and the friendships that have been made here.

What are your favorite hobbies or interests outside of work? 

I love escaping to the mountains any chance I get. I would love to live in a mountain town someday, if my husband ever agrees to it 😊

What’s your favorite restaurant in Colorado?  

There are a TON to pick from, but one place that I will never get tired of is Los Cabos. It’s a Peruvian restaurant on 15th and Champa. It has the BEST Lomo Saltado and we have been going there for as long as I can remember.
