Q&A with Natalie!

Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Ascot, England. Moved to Southern California in 1984, then finished my last two years of college at CU Boulder in 1995.

What do you like most about Colorado?

The seasons…however I’m a summer-early fall girl.

What made you want to work in the real estate industry?

HA loaded question! My Mom, Dad and Sister became “The Curtiss Team” in 1987. I went from having a stay at home mom and retired father to a family consumed and obsessed with real estate. I started “working” for them doing their bulk mailers through Junior High and High School. They did very well together. When I graduated from college, I wanted to be independent and go off into the high tech marketing world…swearing I would do my own thing and not join my family in the business. Well…I finally decided to get licensed in 2000 and sold in Colorado for 2 years. Then my husband and I moved to California right when my father was retiring.. again. So I had the pleasure of working with my mom and sister for two years in the crazy California real estate market. My husband and I moved back to Colorado and had a daughter. When she was almost 2, I ended up joining Team Lassen in 2009. Long story short… being in real estate is in my blood!

What are you most passionate about?

My family and doing the right thing.

What has been the most rewarding part of working for Team Lassen?

There is always something or someone new or different with every transaction. No transaction is the same and we are constantly being challenged to work with different type of people and scenarios.

What are your favorite hobbies or interests outside of work?

Spending time with my family, dog and running / staying fit!

What’s your favorite restaurant in Colorado?

Capital Grille! Love the Imperial Seafood Tower!

No Block Yet!
